PnL Sathi provides tools intended to help Meesho sellers analyze profitability, reconcile order and payout information, manage SKU costs, and generate monthly report insights based on uploaded files and user inputs.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration details and for safeguarding your login credentials. You must not share your account in a way that creates misuse, unauthorized access, or fraud risk.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens the service or other users.

You may upload files and enter data only if you have the right to use that information. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the information you provide.

You must not upload harmful code, malicious files, or content that violates law, privacy rights, contract obligations, or third-party intellectual property rights.

The website currently states that new users receive 1 free credit, each monthly report consumes 1 credit, and additional credits may be purchased separately. Pricing, GST, included features, and payment methods may be updated from time to time.

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways such as Easebuzz. Successful payment confirmation may depend on redirect validation, webhook confirmation, or gateway reconciliation.

Purchased credits are digital service credits for use within the platform and are not cash equivalents. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing, credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a successful payment did not result in the proper credit allocation, you should contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details.

Any refund, reversal, or adjustment decisions will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction, applicable law, and payment gateway records.

PnL Sathi is an analysis and workflow tool. It does not guarantee any specific business result, recovery outcome, profit level, tax outcome, or marketplace decision.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before making financial, pricing, tax, filing, recovery, or operational decisions based on the platform.

You must not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer protected systems, or misuse support and payment workflows.

The PnL Sathi website, product workflows, branding, visual design, and software components remain our property or the property of our licensors, except for content and data that you upload.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or support flows at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every page, report, or payment flow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PnL Sathi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every business use case.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from your use of the service, uploaded data, payment issues, or reliance on generated reports, except as required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, unpaid issues, or violations of these terms.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated.
